Met hiring manager at hotel in atrium for interview following an in-depth phone screening regarding my past experiences in pharmaceutical sales. The interview was about an hour and fairly formal. They appeared to be looking for a lot of tenacity, existing relationships to sell a challenging product.

J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 3 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Bristol Myers Squibb en août 2009
Entretien
Initially was contacted by internal recruiter for the open position. Performed phone screen and interviewed 2 months later after a new district manager was put in place. I was interviewed by the hiring manager and another district manager. The interview was very laid back and both individuals were casually dressed. I prepared by studying the products and background of the company. My experience was good, even though I was not given an offer. However, the communication after the interview was lacking on their part. I was told that I would be notified of my status within the next 2 weeks and after a month of no communication and no response to my follow up emails, I found out that they offered the position to another candidate from a colleague.
