I received a brief call and scheduled my in-person interview for about a week later. The actual interview included HR, the Office Manager and the Director of Communications and Annual Giving. First they told me a little about the position/ organization itself. They had about 9 questions printed out and wrote down my answers as I supplied them. Each person asked me three questions. It was the fastest interview I've ever done. We finished in 15 minutes.
