I had an interview with Brilliant Earth that lasted around 15 minutes and felt very rushed and robotic. The interviewer asked standard questions about strengths, weaknesses, and my previous roles, but the conversation felt one-sided and unengaging. Despite having relevant experience in e-commerce and jewelry, there didn’t seem to be much interest or follow-up on my background.

25 minute interview, talking about myself, past experiences, my interest in the company's mission statement, two behavioral questions and one quick math question. It was a simple phone interview, though the interviewer seemed very disinterested from the beginning.
