I was scheduled for a phone interview and was contacted at the specified time by the HR person. We went on to talk for the next 40 minutes where she asked numerous questions pertaining to my previous experience. One question that was ask is I had changed or improved upon a process in my last position. I was asked to explain it in detail. She also asked for an example of how I handled a "difficult" situation with a customer and what the outcome was. Over all I think the interview went quite well because I answered all her questions with specific details and examples. I was asked if I had spent any time on the web site, and if I did what portion of the site did I spend the most time on. Towards the end of the interview she asked if I know where their diamonds were sourced from. I gave her all the countries where they source from and even gave her where their Sapphires were sourced as well. I think their salary must be on the lower tier because when asked what my range was it didn't sound like it was something they might be able to do.
