Applied through indeed.com and got the Email from the HR to set up a phone interview the following week. Interview was quite professional. At the very beginning, there was some noise from the other side of the phone. When I tried to answer the questions, it suddenly got very quiet and I asked “Hello?” to figure out whether the line was off or not. It turned out that the HR turned off the microphone (I just guess). Questions are normal questions. No calculation. No diamond inventory questions.

2. What is the most favorite of your previous position?
3. What is the least favorite of your previous position?
4. Why this position and this company?
5. If I talk to your reference of your last position, what kind of person will he/she describe you?
6. Why did you leave your last position?
7. What is your ideal working environment?
8. What kind of improvement did you bring to your previous position?
9. Do you have any questions for me?
Phone interview day was Tuesday and she said she would give me feedback by the end of the week. However, I got nothing by Sunday night.

What kind of improvement did you bring to your previous position?
Overall quick and painless. Staff were kind and respectful! There was a screening, small assessment, and then interview with department management. The assessment was not too difficult and I felt the whole process was straightforward.

Entretien
They were late to the interview, then they asked if I needed to reschedule after them being late. The chat was brief and dull, did not ask much - seemed like they already knew they didn't want to hire me. Upon rejection, I replied to see if I could get feedback on why I was rejected; they never responded. Overall, the experience wasn't too pleasant. I guess I'm glad I didn't join them.
