First round was with a general HR associate. They move you onto the manager in the second round. I thought that the first HR associate didn't help prep me enough for the second round - only gave me positive comments rather than commenting on where I may lack skills/experience.

Applied on job posting on indeed and on website. a week later, received an email that they are not going to move on with my application. at least they had the decency to email back unlike some companies.
