I submitted an online application. I received an email to schedule a phone interview within a few days of submission. The HR representative for my phone interview did not sound very enthusiastic.

Entretien
Completed first round phone interview with employee who has the position currently. Lasted about 75 minutes. Asked me to talk her through my resume then asked pretty basic behavioral questions. Also asked about the mission of the company, why Brilliant Earth specifically, etc. She was really friendly and I really enjoyed talking to her. A few days later, I got an email to schedule a second round interview.
