J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris plus d'une semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Brilliant Earth (San Francisco, CA) en sept. 2016
Entretien
Long phone interview (50+ min) and very in-depth analysis of my resume. I appreciated the attention to detail, though for a somewhat junior position, I was surprised at the interest in my post-college jobs not noted on my resume due to irrelevancy. Just wasn't something I had encountered before, but could be my mistake. Interviewer was nice, but not overly friendly or conversational. They asked for salary range, full disclosure, I think I high-balled.

Completed first round phone interview with employee who has the position currently. Lasted about 75 minutes. Asked me to talk her through my resume then asked pretty basic behavioral questions. Also asked about the mission of the company, why Brilliant Earth specifically, etc. She was really friendly and I really enjoyed talking to her. A few days later, I got an email to schedule a second round interview.
