Applied online and hear back within a week. The HR assistant/Office manager reached out to me and requested that we have a phone interview. I though the interview went well. She asked 1 or 2 technical questions, nothing requiring extensive previous knowledge, but basic knowledge of a company holding inventory. The call lasted about 45 minutes. They let me know the next Monday that they decided to pursue other applicants.
Overall quick and painless. Staff were kind and respectful! There was a screening, small assessment, and then interview with department management. The assessment was not too difficult and I felt the whole process was straightforward.

Entretien
They were late to the interview, then they asked if I needed to reschedule after them being late. The chat was brief and dull, did not ask much - seemed like they already knew they didn't want to hire me. Upon rejection, I replied to see if I could get feedback on why I was rejected; they never responded. Overall, the experience wasn't too pleasant. I guess I'm glad I didn't join them.

Final Interview - some situational questions that may test your ability to problem solve (name a time when.., what would you do if..)
