Interviews were scheduled through third party. I have cleared 3 rounds of interviews. 2 technical and followed by one managerial round. And after that the package discussion with HR. But I thought they were not clear about their budget. I tried so many time to contact after HR round but she was keep ignoring my calls and after the continuous follow up she answered that they don't have the budget and can’t offer now. The experience was very unprofessional, and I think attending interview for them will be the waste of time. They should have to decide their budget because after the complete effort it is hard to hear that we do not have a budget even they have taken current CTC and expected CTC inputs before starting the process.
