The interview process was fairly easy. Remember to be friendly and smile and also learn about the company that will impress them. Also dress professionally and always hold eye contact. Talk about any experience you have had with working with the elderly and also how to solve conflicts and you will be good to go.

Most people at the location I worked at did group interviews but I was an exception, getting a one-on-one interview with my dining director, quick interview asking the standard questions, and then did a second interview with the executive director of the location where they asked similar questions. Overall from applying to over was 2 weeks.

The process was very easy and straightforward. They got in touch with me very quickly, but I did have a friend working there so that definitely could've helped. Questions were straightforward and easy to answer.
