Submitted an application online and then received a call from the Vibrant Living Director. She asked a couple get to know you questions and then we set up a time for an interview. The interview began 20 mins late and ended up a group interview, this took the pressure off. Questions took about 20 mins. She was very low key, not grilling either of us. We left and I received an offer the day after.

Attended the group interview, there were three managers all of whom did not fully introduce themselves. We were asked to fill out forms which included out basic info, positions applying to, hours available, pay requirement. The interview was for multiple positions. I felt the tension in the room between myself and the 11 other candidates. No resume needed for the group interview.
