The first step is a group interview with all job levels. They ask a question and have everyone answer. My impression was they like to see who is volunteering to answer the questions as compared to those who just wait to be called on. They also want to see how you interact with each other. Was my first time in a group interview setting. I understand there is a second interview with the immediate supervisor, but I withdrew my application so I did not continue in the process.

First there is a group interview on Zoom with a talent acquisition specialist, then 1-2 interviews with people who work at the specific community you applied for (your manager and maybe also the ED).
