You complete the application and quiz and sign up for a group interview if you make it though the group interview Then you are call for a Interview with your director and/or directors and then you are call for an interview with the ED If you are selected you begin the references check and background check and drug test

First had group interview on zoom. Very friendly discussion with 1 person from Brightview and around 6 other applicants.
Then invited for in person interview. Interviewer put me right at ease and felt like conversation while also getting asked questions.
Offered job at end.
