The interview process moved fast and was a great experience. I went through 4 rounds of interviews. One with a peer, hiring manager, senior leadership and recruiter. Everyone was incredibly professional and REAL. I emphasized "REAL" as it's difficult these days to really gage the culture and human experience . I was pleasantly surprised on how much I enjoyed each person during the interview. The best part is they are just as genuine now as they were 6 weeks ago! That is rare!
