They usually do interviews with a group of people applying for the job. You get an an explanation of the job requirements and a tutorial on how to pour wine and hold a bottle.
Had to do a phone call (they asked about hobbies,skills e.t.c) and then invited to group interview in Hammersmith. Everyone was very nice and it was casual. Would recommend applying to Brightsparks.

Apply online, phone interview, in person super day interview. Interviewed in a group and asked questions in a group. Training takes place throughout. Very easy process overall if you get past the phone interview..
