The interviewer seemed unclear about what they were looking for. I recently interviewed with BrightEdge for a Senior Software Engineer position, but there seemed to be a disconnect. The interviewer, who was based in the US, struggled to understand my responses and concluded that I lacked communication skills. It would be more respectful to candidates if the feedback was genuine and aligned with clear expectations. Please consider refining the process to avoid wasting time on both ends .

Very slow and poor respinse and jad to remind them of interviews as a candidate. The process should have been better, first interview no one joined. Pathetic chinese leadership who are racist and think the whole genz is wasted generation.

Entretien
I have got an email about the job description from one of the engineering managers directly for the position. Then I had my first interview round for one hour with the same Engineering manager. Then I have given a take-home assignment which has to be completed within 48 hours. Then I had a round 2 interview with one of the architects of the company for around 45 minutes. I am very much disappointed about the time they took to give the feedback. They took almost two weeks to give the feedback.

Interview Round 1: The interviewer asked the questions mostly about my experience and my technical skills. Some questions like 1. what is the most recent page slowness you have solved? 2. Why are you changing the job. Take Home assignment: Need to develop a python script related to one SEO use case. Interview Round 2: Questions mostly related to the services/technologies I have worked on. One question about how get unique values from a very huge list with duplicate values.
