J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris plus d'une semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Brightedge Technologies (Cleveland, OH) en nov. 2016

The interview process for the open position in Cleveland is a joke, especially if you have more than two years experience in SEO and content marketing. This company is short term focused to a fault, concentrating WAY too much on short term "transactional" sales tactics that likely leave many opportunities (and likely lots of revenue) on the table. My advice - hire someone with some experience and put that experience to work for you.

Question 1
None, really. I led the conversation with what had to be a 25 year old recent college grad, who didn't know enough about the product to answer simple questions. Not very impressive.

Interviewer was very professional and pleasant to speak with. Unfortunately the first thing they asked was if I had a bachelors degree (I do just a really weird question before even asking about experience or disclosing any information or comp. What is this 2009? They’re selling SEO software not medical devices or pharmaceutical sales. Bachelors degree for tech sales is quite unusual and the comp range was astonishingly low as well. Job itself seemed very confusing as the title was Sales Manager but there’s no team to manage (yet) and the actual job description is that of an IC sales rep. Would not interview here unless you’re an entry level rep.
