They ask you various questions and yourself and experience. They provide you a breakdown of how sessions are (video) and the program they use to look at the goals being worked on for the client.

I was scheduled an interview quickly and it occurred online. It wasn't too difficult, answered the typical interview questions, and I was allowed to ask questions at the end. They provided some information about their company and asked about my availability, the location I was able to work, whether I was interested in part-time/full-time, etc.
