The communication between Rescare was very effective! I applied on a Friday of a holiday weekend and then I got a call back very promptly. I had a pre interview that lead to a physical in person interview with the in depth questions of real life scenarios. Very friendly staff and professional environment.

long group interview style , and then you met with a supervisor one on one. you had to work in group activities with other candidates.Supervisors were very nice, and made you feel welcome.
