Warm and inviting! Spirit goes a long way with this company. Having a positive attitude makes or breaks the day. Straight forward and to the point. Very polite and efficent office management.

Phone interview first on what job you applied for and when you are available. In person basic "tell me about yourself" questions. It got hard when they asked situational "what would you do in this scenario" questions, but interviewer was easy on me. After that, just fill out paperwork.
