Interview process was a 3 Step Process. First you come into and orientation where they explain who they are, what they do and what positions they have available. During that they have you come together in groups to create a presentation about What they have told you. In this time they are observing your leadership ability as well as your presentation abilities. Next if they like you they will invite you back for a one on one interview. The final step is your job offer plus background check and drug screening.

I applied online, after two weeks I received email from them requested to do video interview, they asked for onsite interview on the next day, in the end of the interview they requested to provide 3 job references , after two weeks they scheduled for another video interview with the manager. Then after one week they contacted my reference. After a week they offer me the job.

They asked about my work experience , did I did case notes in my previous job as it's required in this job.
They asked if I can lead workshop and use modern technology in the classroom. And then they asked me to show how I lead the workshop for about 5 minutes.
They asked what I will add to their agency what kind of new idea I have for them to improve the agency business.
They asked if I have experience in making business relationship network and how I would do it .
They need someone know about this job and bring more to their agency

Process was bias. Was chosen for the top position, yet the management would not move me into a higher paying position, due to bias opinions of my direct management.
