I applied online. I was initially interviewed by phone and, after that, I had two in person interviews. I was interviewed by the two principals of the firm. I liked that it wasn't just the standard "checklist of questions" job interview but that, in addition to asking about my experience and knowledge, they were genuinely interested in getting to know me as a person. They place a strong emphasis on integrity and honesty as part of the values of the firm and as qualities they want to see in employees of the firm. They are friendly and down to earth and I felt comfortable and at ease with them throughout the interview process.

Interviewed by 2 partners. Formal setting but a casual meeting. Approchable and personable managers. They want to work with people who have good ethical values and ambitious for growth. Its a small company, decisions made quickly and effectively. It would be helpful to demonstrate knowledge in Canadian Immigration and application processes.
