Went well. Directors were very nice and kind. I absolutely loved the location and the security at the entry way. Federal building purposes. Felt safe and secure. However did not know the amout of work load until several days into being hired.

Standard questions about experience and childcare philosophy. One interview with director and assistant director, questions in office and then a 30 minute working interview took place in the classroom. It was about a week before the offer was made.

Fairly simple, they have a list of questions that must be answered as it’s a corporate childcare setting. Basic preschool teacher questions. Things like how to handle biting, classroom management, customer service, etc.
