I went here for an interview and had a positive experience. The manage seemed really nice and clearly knew her stuff. (Working in a nursery for more than 20 years). We had a good chat about the eyfs and safeguarding. The other staff seemed friendly as well. I only turned it down because I got a nanny job.

They will ask you a lot about the Eyfs and safeguarding so you need to brush up on that

The interviewer was accommodating and friendly which helped reduce nerves. I enjoyed the experience it was exciting and interesting. The interview asked most of the questions which l had researched so it was a great experience

Entretien
Took place virtually on zoom call. very relaxed and proffesional. Took about an hour to complete, felt valued and respected. Questions relevant to job and able to discuss any concerns.
