The interview process was on point. Monique was very Informative and knowledgeable of the company. The center was clean, children were active and the teachers were very hands on. Looks like a great place to work. I got an offer and I'll have my answer before the week is out

Standard questions about experience and childcare philosophy. One interview with director and assistant director, questions in office and then a 30 minute working interview took place in the classroom. It was about a week before the offer was made.

Fairly simple, they have a list of questions that must be answered as it’s a corporate childcare setting. Basic preschool teacher questions. Things like how to handle biting, classroom management, customer service, etc.
