The interview process was great. They asked basic child development questions. Research some basic questions and fill in the blanks with your experience or expertise. Teacher's with outdoor classroom/ nature based play experience will fit right in.

If selected you get a call next day after applying for the job. There can be couple of telephonic interviews. Followed by in person interview & classroom presence for some time.

The interview process was very straight forward and easy to understand. my interviewer was very professional and kind. I was able to walk around the center and visit each room. I was able to interact with the teachers during the working interview. The center was very welcoming and the process was not too long.
