The interview was extremely organized and professional. I loved the process and thought it was a great way to learn more about the culture at Bright Horizon as well. Two interviewers took turn and asked questions about both classroom management and professional development.

It was over zoom, and the director (in MD) was very friendly and tries to make you feel comfortable. It was informal so it was more of a conversation than an interview
