Filled out an application online. About 3 weeks later I received a call from a recruiter and was set-up for an interview for the next morning.The recruiter was the first interview. He asked about my background and experiences. The face-to-face interview with the center director was typical of interviews. Questions were asked about experience and how I would handle different scenarios. The interview lasted about 45 minutes.
