A phone screen. An emailed personality test. A department interview. An interview with the corporate higher ups. A boilerplate response after I emailed for feedback. A very lengthy process (4 weeks), which is difficult when one has a job.

There were none. The higher ups asked very generic questions. The employees in the department hardly asked any questions at all. I asked the questions.

Applied online, contacted for initial screening.
Was told they want a quick turnaround only for them to take over a month to schedule the next interview.
The interview felt very positive, going into details about the business and ways of working.
Was told I would get a response within a week or so, again this was later and in the form of a generic rejection from their HR system.
After waiting for so long and making an effort as a candidate I would expect more than an automated email.

4 rounds. Excellent communication from HR.
Lots of discussion on edtech industry and culture. Recommend really understanding the business before interviewing. Total process was 30 days. Be ready to talk about how to balance innovation with status quo.
