It was what I was expecting. The first interview consested of answering questions and getting a tour of the facility (took about an hour). The second interview was a work interview and this was also an hour. From there I was told a more in depth background check would be done.

Applied on a monday and had an interview that next day. Did a phone screening then went to an in person interview. They were very kind and understanding during the interview.

Meeting with two people and then a working interview in a classroom of the age group that you are interested in working with. After the working interview we spoke about the position and what it entails.

A little dragged out takes a while to get you started and I’m training but that’s more of hrs problem. Other than that it’s definitely worth it! You have a phone interview then in person interview then you have to submit 3 references. After that it’s really a waiting game then once you hear back you get your start and then you’re on to success!
