Started with a short phone interview with an internal recruiter. This was followed by an hour long interview with a director who would ultimately be my boss. I was told I’d be moved to the next round and was sent a follow-up email containing some prep materials. 9 days later no word so I asked for an update and it’s now been weeks of radio silence so I suppose the role was filled. Major red flag and feels like I dodged a bullet.
