Entretien
first round was group interview, fairly low stress but somewhat competitive. second round was four interviews: one long group interview with a big group - good moderators but environment forced candidates to say things without thinking; one two-on-one interview about personal life which was kind of intimidating; one phone interview about various topics related to my major; one two-on-one about problem solving

First round with HR.
Second round is a group discussion. Given a topic, there is no right or wrong. I think they are trying to understand your thinking process and how you deal with problems.
