The process was extremely detailed and thorough, with lots of the probing and truth-seeking you'd expect based on the organization. Everyone I met was very polite and candid and I felt they would have made excellent colleagues. Much of the process was about how I thought, how I structured my thinking, and whether I would be passionate about the job. They stay away from nitty-gritty questions about technical skills, since they believe they can teach those.
