When it was time for the interview, they said that the interviewer had something else to do, then HR set up another interviewer for the interview
Hr email reach out then phone screen, 1 week later hiring manager online interview. Pulled out a spreadsheet asking marginal utility type questions. Nothing like other companies on the street.

only got to the recruiter call, moves pretty fast.

all day onsite with 13 interviews including group interview
highly focused on fit and culture
skills assessment was relatively mild, they assumed I was able to do the job based on my background (mathematics PhD)
