Phone interview. The interview process was formal, but not uncomfortable. Initially contacted by email, to set up a phone interview. The Person that called was pleasant to speak to. The interview lasted approximately 20-25 minutes. The interview went over my resume and some technical questions that pertained to the position. Then any questions i had about the job, the area or the company.

Initial phone interview, formal and informative. A mixture of technical and professional questions. Interviewer provided ample opportunities for questions from me. Very informative about the company, location and job. A non stressful process.
