I was interviewed by a very condescending and pompous gentlemen. I had to take a personality assessment prior to my interview (which, I take issue with because no company can convince me they care about diversity when they only look for a specific type of candidate in their hiring process). All the other interviewers said my assessment was fine, but the pompous gentleman said “Now we get to talk about your personality assessment so I can poke fun at everything that is wrong with you”. This was unsolicited, unprofessional, and there was no tactful way to respond to that. Absolutely uncalled for.

Long delay between applying for the role and invitation to interview. Hour long technical interview with two would-be coworkers. Hiring manager not on the call. Interviewers asked questions they didn’t understand when I asked for clarification. It was really a bad and unprofessional interview process. I made my decision not to continue after the interview.

They came to campus recruitment from where they initially shortlisted few students after which they have schedule interview for next day, On interview day they just ask for basic questions fromyour resume and explained about there company's role which will be assigned to you.In last few minutes they have given some time, if in case you have any questions for them.
