Entretien
It started with a phone screening. After that they set up dates to do a plant tour and an interview the following day. Easy process with fast feedback. It was really cool to see what they had going on at the plant and what the job required.

They asked 4 behavioral questions mainly about organization and communication. one of the questions was a "what if" scenario about a client wanting something done in a way that you don't agree with.
