Just went through the interview process at BridgeFund and honestly it was a great experience. The recruiter really knew his stuff and was genuinely excited about the company. We had a good chat about whether it would be a good fit for me, and once we figured out it was, things moved fast and I had my first interview the next day. The second interview was at the office and I was pleasantly surprised. From the moment I walked in, people were friendly and welcoming. The office is a nice place to be. It's busy, but in a good way. You can feel that people actually like working there. Overall really happy with how it went. Smooth process and a team that made me feel welcome from day one :)
