It went well. The Recruiter called me to set up the interview. She briefly described the job and asked me some questions about my background. She then set up an interview with the director for the next day.

Phone interview, in person, and final round with multiple people. VERY typical agency interview experience where I am flexible, and go out of my way to spend hours in their office interviewing/meeting all the team members, and they don't have enough manners to at least send me a rejection email. Ghosted.
