I had a Skype interview where they asked about previous experiences and teaching methods used, and after that, I had to plan a lesson and send them my lesson plan for evaluation.

Entretien
A Skype interview. They asked basic questions about my qualifications and then focused on why I was interested in teaching English abroad. They might not hire you just through the Skype interview. I had to go through a week long training/orientation course on location before they officially offered the job.
