Entretien
Screening call with HR and then interview with area managers. Very relaxed and natural conversation about the skills you bring to the table and the running of the company. Managers made me feel very at ease and I already felt comfortable with them 5mins into the interview.

Took about a month from start to finish. Give them your thirty sixty ninety day plan. Recruiter then in person interview. Know Microsoft and write a thank you note so they know you know how to follow up.
