Fairly standard, a hiring manager reached out for a basic general overview interview, then scheduled a 2nd more technical interview. First interview didn't have a ton of information on the position and the 2nd sounded somewhat different than the posting, but was fairly similar.

Phone call with a recruiter for about ~30 mins. Phone call with a hiring manager for an hour. Online assessment test a.k.a Woven assessment test which takes about an hour and 30 mins. It is a mixture of understanding of multiple parts of the systems, communication, and coding. Onsite for ~3 hours where there are two technical rounds and two behavioral rounds (i.e. cultural fit). Overall, it was OK because later in the interview process, you will find out that the engineers are pretty low in caliber and you start to wonder if you want to work with these engineers. One feedback about compensation. There is a post below related to compensation being capped at 150k; although it is not true, it is not too far from the truth. This company's TC is a joke, and makes you wonder why the engineers would make that big of a pay-cut to go there unless you were already severely underpaid. It kind of goes hand in hand with low caliber engineers that I have met during the interview process.
