Zoom Interview at 10am
To start with the recruiter was late on Zoom, I thought he wasn't coming.
And when he arrived he didn't open his camera.
So the interview was very special I wasn't comfortable when I had been ready and prepared this for days.
I was asked very little about myself, my background etc
I couldn't express myself, felt like he did the interview because he had to.

Situation based questions, competency based and informal chats with management and team members. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming, it was a tough interview but it was good experience none the less

The first stage interview having secured one via a referral was a remote interview with Business Development Manager over 30 minutes on zoom. Questions were short and you are expected to be concise and be prepared to ask your own questions.
