The interview process began from connections at the company. It was fast-paced and extremely well thought out. The attention to detail in setting up interviews and travel was very nice. The general format for Full-Time hire positions was 4 interviews roughly 30-60 minutes each with varying members of upper management. Their interest in finding young employees that fit the culture and work ethic of the company was evident and was positive to see.
