Super simple, finish a task within 2 hours, and someone will do code review process. Mostly asking the implementation stuff and tech stacks, use golang, rpc, and file mime checker

This was several years ago. I passed all the technical interviews and performed exceptionally well on the coding test — no issues at all. The final stage was a call with the so-called CEO, who showed up late, joined by phone only (no camera), and there was a distracting amount of background noise on his end. He asked questions that had nothing to do with the role, like: “If you were to create a brick-and-mortar bank from scratch, where would you start? Describe the process.” It felt like he had just finished some "flashy business school program" of the greatest business school of American Samoa and wanted to show off rather than assess my fit for the role. As a systems developer, I found the line of questioning completely irrelevant. In the end, he said I was asking too much for the “knowledge baggage” I brought and abruptly ended the call. Overall, an unprofessional and confusing experience. I wouldn’t recommend engaging with this company.
