Round 1 interviewed with HR it went well advanced to, Round 2 interviewed with EVP (1 person) Round 3 interviewed with 3 Marketing managers Round 4 interviewed with the team I would be working with (3 individuals). In all I feel they took my best information and used it to vet the candidate they preferred that already fit a pre-existing ideal they wanted.
