First was a call asking me to come in for an interview. The interview was about an hour and a half long, the manager asked me questions about my experience with my previous job. Then asked questions about scenarios, like what would you do if a resident ordered something and they decided they didn't want it anymore. Afterwards she scheduled me for an orientation for 2 days later and I started working within 2 weeks.
