First I was contacted via email to set up a time to complete a brief phone screening.
After the phone screening I was invited to participate in a formal interview. After the interview I was sent to the next steps of the hiring process which was a background check and soon after an offer was made.

Question 1
How do you handle more than one customer at a time?
It was an easy Skype interview. Asks about your beauty knowledge. The interview is with your district manager who 9 times out of 10 live many states away. The interview is really just asking about what you know. Why you like beauty and things of that nature.

Question 1
Straight toward questions. The interview is extremely easy. The job itself is what sucks

I applied online, and received an email a week later. I was asked in the email if I would be available to do short phone screening the next day, and I said yes. Come the time of the phone interview, the recruiter never called me! I waited half an hour more just to see if I would receive the call..nothing. I emailed back the recruiter asking I would be available a bit longer and/or I would be happy to reschedule with them for another day. No reply, no call, nothing! Very unprofessional! I understand life happens, and sometimes things come up like emergencies, etc. but a short message back would have been appreciated. I left my job an hour early just to get home on time to be ready for the phone interview. I lost time and money. Absolutely ridiculous. Kudos to those who had better luck. I hope to hear back from them tommorow, if not I dodged a bullet then.
To the company: Please hire competent and professional recruiters, management. This is unacceptable.
