Started with an HR screen and then moved onto the hiring manager. The hiring manager made no introductions and then started asking generic interview questions. I was a bit taken back since these in no way focused on the role itself. It's something you would hear in an interview for an hourly wage job. Afterwards, I had a group interview with the team members of the role for a half an hour. I did really well and thought I was a good fit. One week later I asked for an update in the process an never heard back. I can certainly understand not selecting someone for the role, but to ghost someone after multiple interviews is extremely disrespectful. Consider this interview experience prior to applying.

I applied over LinkedIn. The entire process took less than 4 weeks. I first answered questions over LinkedIn, and then had a phone interview with VP of Product. I spent an afternoon with the product and dev team and then a final round with the founder/CEO and Chief Revenue Officer. Communication throughout the process was strong, and I appreciated the collaborative process.
