J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez BrainCheck (Austin, TX)
Entretien
I had a 30 minute phone call with the hiring manager discussing my previous work experiences and potential scenarios that would surface in the role. The questions felt slightly academic.

Question 1
How would you handle an internal feature request/bug fix that was brought to you mid sprint?

Started with an HR screen and then moved onto the hiring manager. The hiring manager made no introductions and then started asking generic interview questions. I was a bit taken back since these in no way focused on the role itself. It's something you would hear in an interview for an hourly wage job.
Afterwards, I had a group interview with the team members of the role for a half an hour. I did really well and thought I was a good fit.
One week later I asked for an update in the process an never heard back. I can certainly understand not selecting someone for the role, but to ghost someone after multiple interviews is extremely disrespectful.
Consider this interview experience prior to applying.

I applied over LinkedIn. The entire process took less than 4 weeks. I first answered questions over LinkedIn, and then had a phone interview with VP of Product. I spent an afternoon with the product and dev team and then a final round with the founder/CEO and Chief Revenue Officer.
Communication throughout the process was strong, and I appreciated the collaborative process.
